Return and Exchange

Our products and services are backed by a 3-day return and exchange policy in case of error or mishap during acquisition. Eligible products and services include web development, mobile app development, payment solutions, and related IT services purchased directly from MastroPay Technology. Third-party products are not covered under this policy.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of acquisition through our official support email or helpline number. If you have not received your product or service after payment, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a product or service, you must submit your request within the specified period (maximum 3 days from acquisition). Cancellation requests made after this period will not be entertained. Some services, such as mobile recharge, web development, and payment APIs, may not be eligible for cancellation due to their nature.

Cancellation and refund requests for third-party products and services are not accepted, as MastroPay Technology cannot control third-party policies.

All requests must be made through our support email or helpline. The cancellation and refund process may take up to 30 days to complete. Please stay in touch with your bank for updates on refunded amounts.

Refund Policy

All sales of recharge services, web development, and payment solutions are final. No refund or exchange is permitted for these services. You are responsible for the system and account details you provide for purchases. MastroPay Technology is not responsible for incorrect account information or purchases made in error.
