The material including all textual, audible, visual, and other types of media, information as furnished on this website, is the intellectual property of MastroPay Technology and licensed under the copyright law of the Constitution of India.
The content furnished by this website can only be used for the in-house operational process of MastroPay Technology and does not allow any other business, service, or organization for its use.
The name MastroPay Technology and its styled versions, taglines, and logos are registered trademarks of MastroPay Technology, India. Any individual or business cannot use these trademarks for their own commercial and promotional purposes within copyright and trademark law governing territory or outside the territorial barriers. Anyone using our trademarks is liable for facing a criminal charge for infringing the copyright and trademark laws.
All quotations provided by MastroPay Technology require a 35% deposit upon acceptance. Unless a prior arrangement has been made, final payment is strictly net 5 days from the date of completion.
MastroPay Technology will only commence work on the quoted application once any deposited funds have cleared.
If you opt for services beyond the 12 months of maintenance period or as agreed by MastroPay Technology, the annual Maintenance Charges will normally be 20% of the original development cost for newly added features or the initial development cost for AMC calculation.
The recurring/renewal cost of the domain and server are subject to change as per the market price.
MastroPay Technology does not accept refund or cancellation requests once software is live after payment.
Any outstanding accounts for work carried out by MastroPay Technology or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 15 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement. If the account is not settled or MastroPay Technology has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service, and any data held by said service will be removed.
All quoted prices, excluding where indicated, do not include goods and services tax.
MastroPay Technology reserves the right to suspend the services at any time, without any prior information.
All quotations and estimates provided by MastroPay Technology are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. Quotations not accepted after this timeline must be reissued.
No shared information in written or oral format provided by us or you can be seen as liable guarantee or warranty.
Any material download or acquisition of product and service, software services while remaining in the service period, is commenced with your agreement to any risk involvement.
You are responsible for your personal data loss, due to system malfunction or virus attack and you cannot hold MastroPay Technology responsible for such malfunctions.
MastroPay Technology makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Note: MastroPay Technology can change these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the software following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
Any kind of claim made to receive monetary compensation for any damage or mishap akin to MastroPay Technology and its products and services shall be answered under the jurisdiction of the Government of Maharashtra, India only. The company is not liable to entertain such claims, which are not mediated under the Government of India laws.
